How do I send you my video files?
We highly recommend that you use Google Drive to send us your video files. Please upload your footage to Google Drive and share the link with us. Important: Make sure you use the same Google account email as the one you used to place your order. If you cannot use Google Drive, you can request permission to use another service, such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, or OneDrive, by replying to the automatic email you receive after placing your order.
How do I place an order?
Simply click the Order Now button on our home page and follow the instructions. You'll be asked to provide your footage and describe your requirements.
How long does it take?
Delivery time depends on the project complexity, but most orders are completed within 3–5 business days. We’ll confirm your delivery date after reviewing your materials.
What files should I send?
Please send us your raw footage in the highest quality you have, along with any reference materials or music you want included. We accept most common video file formats.
What if I’m not happy with the video?
Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request revisions (see our Terms and Conditions for details). We’ll work with you until you love the result.
Can I request revisions?
Absolutely! Every order includes up to two free rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to a fee.
