1. Service Scope

We provide professional video editing based on the footage and instructions you provide. All materials must be owned by you or used with permission.

2. Payments

All payments are made upfront or according to a mutually agreed payment schedule. Work begins only after payment is received. No refunds after the final video is delivered, except in cases of clear error on our part.

3. Revisions

Most of our packages include a specific number of free revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra costs. Revisions include minor changes (e.g., text corrections, trimming), but not a complete re-edit of the project.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order. Delays may occur due to complex requests or slow communication, for which we are not responsible.

5. Data Privacy & Storage

• We prioritize your privacy and will never share your raw footage or final videos with third parties without your explicit consent.
• Files are typically stored on our secure servers for up to 30 days after project completion. After this period, files may be permanently deleted.
• We primarily accept files via Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox links. Alternative methods will only be accepted with prior approval from EditWithFlow.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

EditWithFlow is not responsible for any copyright claims regarding the materials you provide. You are fully responsible for the legality of your footage and content.
