1. Service Scope & Package Limits

We provide professional video editing based on the footage and instructions you provide. All materials must be owned by you or used with permission.

Note on Pricing Packages: When you purchase a package (e.g., "Up to 10 minutes"), you are securing editing capacity for a final video length up to that specified limit. If your final video is shorter than the maximum package limit, the full package rate still applies. We do not offer prorated discounts or partial refunds for videos that fall under the allotted time. Our standard non-package rate is €4.99 per edited minute.

2. Payments

All payments are made upfront or according to a mutually agreed payment schedule. Work begins only after payment is received. No refunds after the final video is delivered, except in cases of clear error on our part.

3. Revisions

Included revisions depend on the specific package tier you select. Any revisions requested beyond the included amount in your package may be subject to additional fees.

4. Turnaround Time

Delivery times depend on the complexity of the project and current workload. Estimated delivery dates will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking call.

5. Data Privacy & Storage

• We prioritize your privacy and will never share your raw footage or final videos with third parties without your explicit consent.
• Files are typically stored on our secure servers for up to 30 days after project completion. After this period, files may be permanently deleted.
• We primarily accept files via Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox links. Alternative methods will only be accepted with prior approval from EditWithFlow.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

EditWithFlow is not responsible for any copyright claims regarding the materials you provide. You are fully responsible for the legality of your footage and content.
