1. Service Scope

We provide professional video editing based on the footage and instructions you provide. All materials must be owned by you or used with permission.

2. Payments

All payments are made upfront or according to a mutually agreed payment schedule. Work begins only after payment is received. No refunds after the final video is delivered, except in cases of clear error on our part.

3. Revisions

You are entitled to two rounds of revisions per project. Additional changes may be subject to extra fees.

4. Delivery

All finished videos are delivered digitally. The estimated delivery time for standard orders is no less than 6 days from the date your files and payment are received.
If you order Express Delivery, your video will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days.
Please make sure to download and store your files; we do not guarantee indefinite storage after final delivery.

5. Protection Against Fraud

• We only accept projects from clients who can prove their ownership or rights to submitted materials.
• Any attempt at chargeback fraud, identity theft, or copyright infringement will result in immediate project termination and legal action if necessary.
• All communication and transactions are logged to protect both parties.

5. File Submission Policy

• We strongly require all clients to use Google Drive to send us their video files. Please upload your footage to Google Drive and share the link with us.
• Important: You must use the same Google account email as the one used for placing your order when sharing your files with us.
• If you are unable to use Google Drive, you may request approval to use an alternative service (such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, or OneDrive) by replying to the automatic email you receive after placing your order. Alternative methods will only be accepted with prior approval from EditWithFlow.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

EditWithFlow is not responsible for any copyright claims regarding the materials you provide. You are fully responsible for the legality of your footage and content.
